Returns & Exchanges

At senti senti, we want you to love your beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
